Privacy Policy

Introduction and Organizational Information
The Crew Blueprint is an educational brand operated by Deadhang Labor LLC. This policy describes how thecrewblueprint.com actually handles information today, and how it will be updated if that changes.
Privacy questions may be sent to thecrewblueprint@gmail.com.
What This Site Currently Is
thecrewblueprint.com is a static website: course pages, resource references, and informational content. There is no account system, no login, no payment processing, no contact form, and no analytics or advertising tracking currently running on the site. To reach us, email thecrewblueprint@gmail.com.
The Crew Blueprint does not provide guaranteed employment, staffing placement, union membership, employer authorization, legal advice, OSHA certification, equipment certification, rigging certification, forklift certification, electrical qualification, or permission to perform specialized work. Users must follow employer instructions, site-specific procedures, applicable law, and the direction of qualified supervisors on actual jobsites.
Information We Actually Collect Today
Because the site has no forms, accounts, or tracking scripts, we do not directly collect personal information through the site itself. The following limited activities are worth naming honestly:
- Browser storage for the cookie notice. The site uses your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie) to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it doesn't reappear on your next visit. Nothing is transmitted anywhere for this — it stays on your device.
- Browser storage for course acknowledgment. Course content is restricted to adults. When you confirm that you are at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where you live, then affirmatively accept the course-access terms and safety limits, the site stores the acknowledgment version, acceptance time, confirmation values, and course-page path in your browser's local storage. This record remains on your device. The static site does not transmit it to Deadhang Labor LLC, associate it with an account or identity, or create an operator-held IP-address or server-side acceptance log.
- Hosting-level server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub's infrastructure logs standard technical request data (such as IP address and request timestamps) as part of normal server operation. We do not access, aggregate, or use this data ourselves; it is governed by GitHub's own privacy statement.
- Email you send us. If you email thecrewblueprint@gmail.com, we receive whatever you choose to include (your email address, name, and message content) through standard email, the same as any other email.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, payment information, account credentials, analytics identifiers, or advertising/tracking cookies, because the site does not currently have the features that would generate them.
If This Changes
If The Crew Blueprint adds accounts, paid courses, contact forms, analytics, or other data-collecting features in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is collected, why, and who it's shared with — before those features go live, not after.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The site uses browser local storage to remember that you've seen the cookie notice and, if you enter a course, that you completed the current course acknowledgment. These records remain on your device. No tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies are used. See the Cookies Notice for details.
User Rights and Choices
Because we don't hold a database of personal information collected through the site, most data-subject-request rights (access, deletion, correction, portability) don't currently apply to anything we hold beyond email correspondence you've sent us. If you'd like us to delete an email exchange from our records, contact us at thecrewblueprint@gmail.com and we will do so.
Depending on your location, if the site's data practices expand in the future (see "If This Changes" above), applicable law such as California's CCPA/CPRA may give you additional rights at that point, and this policy will describe them when relevant.
Data Breach Notification Procedures
If we become aware of a data breach that may affect personal information we hold (such as email correspondence), we will investigate, assess the scope and impact, take reasonable mitigation steps, and provide notifications required by applicable law.
Contact Information
This Privacy Policy should be reviewed and updated whenever The Crew Blueprint adds new features that collect, store, or process personal information — accounts, payments, forms, or analytics — before those features go live.
