Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of The Crew Blueprint website, training materials, resources, accounts, and related services.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Scope of these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to The Crew Blueprint website, course platform, accounts, lessons, quizzes, downloadable resources, emails, forms, and related services.

The Crew Blueprint is an educational brand operated by Deadhang Labor LLC. In these terms, “The Crew Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Deadhang Labor LLC as the website operator. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, account holder, learner, purchaser, or other user of the website.

2. Eligibility and authority

Public-facing information about The Crew Blueprint remains available to general visitors. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to access any course, lesson, quiz, training module, or other job-related course content.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the website on behalf of an employer, organization, school, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity and bind it to these terms.

3. Educational purpose and training limits

The Crew Blueprint provides general education, orientation, job-readiness, career-development, and safety-awareness information for live-event workers and others interested in production work.

The website and its materials do not replace:

Always follow applicable laws, employer policies, venue rules, manufacturer instructions, engineered plans, and the direction of qualified supervisors. Stop and ask for guidance whenever a task, hazard, procedure, or authorization is unclear.

4. No guarantee of employment, qualification, or results

Use of the website does not guarantee employment, job placement, advancement, earnings, certification, qualification, authorization, or acceptance by any employer, union, venue, client, government agency, or training provider.

Course completion records, quiz results, badges, or certificates offered by The Crew Blueprint are educational records only unless a specific page expressly states otherwise.

5. Accounts and account security

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep account details current, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to impersonate another person.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, lessons, graphics, organization, branding, downloadable resources, quizzes, templates, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Crew Blueprint and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use materials for your personal, noncommercial learning and job-readiness purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, redistribute, remove attribution from, create competing products from, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.

A download, purchase, or account does not transfer ownership of the underlying content. Any separate license displayed with a resource controls if it grants broader use.

Copyright complaints. If you believe material available through the website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email thecrewblueprint@gmail.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the material at issue; your contact information; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice.

This reporting procedure does not state that Deadhang Labor LLC has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office or that any particular statutory safe harbor applies.

8. User submissions

If you submit messages, feedback, reviews, testimonials, comments, assignments, questions, or other content, you retain any rights you already hold in that content.

You grant The Crew Blueprint a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and use the submission as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to you, maintain records, enforce these terms, and protect the website.

We will not publicly use your name, likeness, testimonial, or identifying details for promotion without permission. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential without authority, malicious, deceptive, or harmful.

9. Third-party links, resources, and embedded services

The website may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, standards organizations, training providers, products, software, tools, or other resources.

Third parties operate independently. The Crew Blueprint does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, privacy practices, terms, prices, warranties, safety instructions, customer service, or content.

Review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, safety information, and purchase conditions before relying on or using its offering.

10. Affiliate links and sponsored relationships

Some links or recommendations may be affiliate links or part of a sponsorship, referral program, product review, or other compensated relationship. The Crew Blueprint may receive a commission, referral fee, discount, credit, free product, or other benefit from a qualifying action.

Material relationships will be disclosed where appropriate. Affiliate compensation does not make a third-party product safe, suitable, approved, or appropriate for your particular use.

You remain responsible for evaluating products, services, instructions, compatibility, qualifications, and workplace requirements before purchasing or using anything mentioned on the website.

11. Purchases, pricing, and refunds

The Crew Blueprint may offer paid courses, memberships, downloads, products, or services in the future. The price, billing terms, included access, renewal terms, and refund policy displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the stated charges. Taxes, processing charges, or other fees will be disclosed when applicable.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, purchasing one item does not grant access to unrelated courses, future products, private services, or third-party materials.

12. Availability, changes, and technical issues

We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features, content, courses, resources, or access methods. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent access to any specific free feature.

We may perform maintenance, correct errors, revise training materials, update links, or remove content that is outdated, inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, or no longer supported.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay, interruption, or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including hosting or network outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, utility failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, government action, or failures of third-party services. This paragraph does not excuse an obligation that applicable law does not allow a party to excuse.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, infringement, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the website or other users.

You may stop using the website at any time. Provisions that logically should continue after termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and enforcement provisions, will survive.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, courses, resources, links, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Crew Blueprint does not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for every jobsite, employer, venue, jurisdiction, task, or individual.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Assumption of risk

Live event production work involves hazards including elevated and overhead structures, rigging systems, heavy and moving equipment, electrical systems, forklifts and vehicles, and physically demanding conditions. By using the website or acting on its training materials, you acknowledge these hazards and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, death, or property damage that may result from participating in or attempting any activity discussed in the materials, including risk arising from The Crew Blueprint’s own ordinary negligence in preparing or presenting that content.

This assumption of risk does not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct by The Crew Blueprint, or to any right that applicable law does not allow a party to waive by agreement. The Assumption of Risk, Release, and Limitation of Liability page sets out the full release and waiver terms that apply alongside this section.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Crew Blueprint and its operator, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or reliance losses arising from use of or inability to use the website.

The Crew Blueprint is not responsible for injury, property damage, loss, delay, or other harm caused by ignoring employer procedures, venue rules, manufacturer instructions, qualified supervision, training requirements, or restrictions on specialized work.

Except for the liabilities excluded from this cap below, the total aggregate liability of The Crew Blueprint, Deadhang Labor LLC, and their owners, contributors, contractors, and service providers for all claims arising from or relating to the website, its materials, or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the total fees you actually paid to Deadhang Labor LLC for the website service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to liability. This cap applies in the aggregate, regardless of the legal theory asserted or number of claims.

Nothing in this section limits liability for The Crew Blueprint’s gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or for any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

If a limitation in this section is found unenforceable as written, the parties intend for it to be reduced or reformed to the narrowest limitation that applicable law permits rather than eliminated entirely. Full release and assumption-of-risk terms for training-related activities are set out in the Assumption of Risk, Release, and Limitation of Liability page, which forms part of this agreement.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deadhang Labor LLC and its owners, employees, contributors, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, and reasonable defense costs and attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, material violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or intentional misuse of training materials.

This section does not apply to ordinary learning mistakes, does not require you to indemnify a party for that party’s own negligence or misconduct, and does not create an obligation prohibited by applicable law.

18. Privacy

Use of personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that website operation may involve collection and processing described in that policy.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. When a material change affects terms previously accepted through the course-entry acknowledgment, the acknowledgment version will change and the website will require a fresh affirmative acceptance before further course access. If registered accounts or an operator-held mailing list are added in the future, material changes may also be sent to the contact information on file.

20. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Unless you and The Crew Blueprint agree to a separate arbitration or dispute-resolution agreement, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

21. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be express and applies only to the specific situation for which it is given.

22. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Assumption of Risk, Release, and Limitation of Liability page, and any specific terms displayed for a purchase, membership, download, promotion, or service, form the agreement governing your use of the applicable offering.
